**What is covered under Cancel for Any Reason?**  
  

Hotel Cancel For Any Reason is a service that allows you to cancel your hotel reservation up until your scheduled check-in time and receive a full refund back to your original form of payment.  
  

### **How to use the Cancel for Any Reason service:**  
  

1.  Log into Travel with Points from your HSBC app.  
      
    
2.  Look for “My Trips” inside the Menu ☰  
      
    
3.  Then select the Hotel Reservation attached to the Cancel for Any Reason policy you would like to manage and click on "View Itinerary"  
      
    
4.  Tap on "Cancel My Hotel"  
      
    
5.  Follow the steps to confirm your cancellation

**How are refunds processed?**  
  

*   Refunds are processed back to your original form of payment. 
*   Refunds usually take three 7 to 10 business days to process. 
*   All refunds or credits are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the service.

*   It can be purchased for a service fee. The service fee varies depending on the hotel you're booking, but pricing is always displayed before you complete your booking.
